The 3101 TRICONEX is one of the core components of the Triconex series of safety instrumented systems(SIS)produced by Honeywell(formerly Invensys).It is a high-performance redundant main processor module designed to build highly reliable and safe control systems.The 3101 module is a further upgrade of the 3061E module,featuring more powerful processing capabilities,larger memory,and richer features,enabling it to handle more complex control tasks and support more I/Os.The 3101 module is widely used in the petrochemical,power,and metallurgy industries,providing reliable safety for various safety-critical applications.
